This past week was yet another blessing from our friends at Pathways Community Church, Largo FL. This group had a wide variety of projects - Children's outreach - The Malnutrition Center and such, they truly blasted through several projects for the church's renovation - a lot of minor electric, tree trimming, demolition and moving a small mountain of dirt/bricks and construction debris. They got it done.
One of our church families is being blessed with an opportunity to buy a piece of land and build a home. This last week, they needed some help in clearing and prep for the house that will be built. How blessed I am as a Pastor to have a team of men that could be called on to go and help. In this photo l-r: William (who happened to get in the van as we were leaving) - the men in training with IDC, Fernando, Giovanni, Abner, Antonio - Steve - Olga, Junior and Cecilio (the family building the home).
I always love an opportunity to get out and mix it up - walk a goat - move a mound manure compost.
Our friends in Largo, provided Gio with his five year chip marking his years of sobriety. God has changed this man and he'll be the first one to tell you. This is worth celebrating.
