Mirador 2...

In the grander scope of the variety of needs of this world, it is so easy to miss the needs that are right in our back yards.  As is the case of Mirador 2, Pastores.  Well within a crows flight from Antigua is this community that has only a faucet or a polluted river as the central source of water. There are as many as 26 families living in this community.

With a recommendation from the head of the Civil Police in Pastores, we took a step to help this community.  With the help of Peter Burer, and Project:GO, we were able to provide One Point Sawyer Water Filters and now fifteen of the families have in their hands the ability to drink clean water - regardless of their source of water.

Of course it's not just about the filter of water, but the opportunity to share the gospel, giving them Bibles to filter life.  It was a good day.  Yea God.
